​美国驻华大使馆宣布非移民签证面谈将于11月9日恢复

美国驻华大使馆很高兴地宣布，非移民签证面谈将于2021年11月9日恢复。

从11月8日起，除个别例外情况，乘坐飞机前往美国的成年外国国民必须提供全剂量COVID-19疫苗接种证明以及旅行前三天以内的COVID-19阴性检测结果。

此政策的例外情况将仅限于：

• 18岁以下的少年儿童

• 因医学原因无法接种疫苗的人

• 因紧急情况无法及时接种疫苗的旅客

未全剂量接种疫苗但有资格旅行的美国公民和合法永久居民 (LPRs)， 需要提供航班起飞前一日内的COVID-19阴性检测证明。全剂量接种疫苗的美国公民和合法永久居民 (LPRs) ，需要向航空公司出示，疫苗接种证明和航班起飞前三日内的COVID-19阴性检测证明。

Embassy Beijing announces resumption of nonimmigrant visa interviews from November 9

The U.S. Embassy in Beijing is pleased to announce the resumption of nonimmigrant visa interviews from November 9, 2021. For more updates on U.S. visa policy, please follow @美国使馆签证处 on Weibo.

Beginning November 8, adult foreign nationals traveling to the United States by air, with limited exceptions, must demonstrate proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and a negative COVID-19 test taken in the past three days. 

Exceptions to this policy will be extremely limited:

• children under 18

• people medically unable to receive the vaccine

• emergency travelers who do not have timely access to a vaccine

  
  

U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs) who are eligible to travel but are not fully vaccinated will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test one (1) day before their flight’s departure. U.S. citizens and LPRs who are fully vaccinated will need to present airlines with proof of vaccination and of a negative COVID-19 test three (3) days before their flight.
